MEET DANIELLE
Hello!
I am a licensed clinical therapist and certified perinatal mental health specialist. I help moms who feel alone and overwhelmed navigate the changes happening in their bodies and minds throughout times of transition.

As moms, we have a lot on our plate. And often, our needs and wants drop down to the bottom of our lists. I'm here to tell you that YOU matter. You deserve to be heard. It is possible to embrace being a mother, a partner, a worker, a woman, and whatever other role you choose to take on, AND find joy.

Along with being a mom of two spirited and independent young children, I am also:
-
a licensed professional counselor, licensed school counselor, national board-certified counselor, and certified perinatal mental health specialist
-
a consultant on best practices concerning maternal mental health to local area hospitals, professionals, and other organizations and companies who interact with moms and their families
-
a survivor of postpartum depression and anxiety
-
a neurodivergent mom of neurodivergent children

I am here to remind you of what is possible in the many roles of your life and guide you in making that happen.
